I wish I had done my TPI screen 10 years ago! I went through the initial screening with Patrick so we could understand my individual limitations and compensations. After grading the results, the screen identified limited mobility in my hips and shoulders. No surprise for a desk-worker. Patrick and the team got to work developing a program catered to these specific areas and made sure I understood the goal of every single movement, and the results are amazing.

Not only do I feel great, but also I’ve added 50+ yards to my average drive. My playing buddies cannot believe the newfound distance! The Coaches are always attentive and positive – making my workout the best part of my day. If you’re on the fence about a TPI screening/program, I cannot recommend Pinnacle enough.

The training is, at its core, a personalized fitness routine focusing on balance, core strength, power and flexibility. The initial evaluation not only focuses on your physical body, but also takes into account any injuries or pain to critical areas of your body. This was important to me, as Pinnacle Fitness was able to direct a program to help me strengthen my body to compensate for prior injuries. The exercises are specifically geared toward the golf swing.

My golf game has improved by 5-10 yards and I notice a much-improved sense of balance and core strength. I highly recommend the TPI program at Pinnacle Fitness.

The TPI focused exercises have helped me get much stronger and has improved my golf game in very specific ways. My ability to use the TPI training to strengthen my core, allows me to improve key aspects of my golf swing, which have not been possible prior to this program.

My TPI Screening and Corrective exercises has made a remarkable difference. I kind of think of myself as a rusty old gate with matching hinges. The TPI exercises may not have made much difference in the gate being rusted but the hinges had much more range of motion and less impingement.

My overall performance on the golf course was significant in my eyes. I was getting more distance and felt that I had much more extension and rotation on my swings. My handicap did decrease by about 3 strokes.
